What we pay our full-time carers - Our hourly rate is between £9.90-£10.60 which is 6.9% above the average hourly pay for Care Workers in Lincolnshire.

Day to day responsibilities for our full-time carers:
Providing all aspects of Personal Care.
Helping with day-to-day tasks to enable our Service Users to live independently.
Supporting Service User’s in their local community.
