Home Care Cadets

Become a Home Care Cadet and see if you have what it takes to work on the frontline of social care. Our Home Care Cadet programme, which takes an average of 12 months to complete, gives ambitious 16 to 25-year-olds the knowledge they need to become top-notch care workers and provide high-quality home care to our service users across Lincolnshire.

ITINERARY:

  • Kickstarter: 6 months paid Job Placement 25 hours per week. For those aged 16 to 25 on Universal Credit.
  • Traineeship: For those needing a little extra help before starting their apprenticeship.
  • Apprentice: For those who ready to start straight away on their care journey.

 

Every Home Care Cadet who finishes their training successfully will have the option to progress onto to a full time role as an associate key worker earning up to £20K.
